Quarry Critters from Second Nature Design are adorable, affordable critters who seem to say "Take me home!" with their droopy eyes and charming expressions.

Quarry Critters are crafted with a mixture of crushed quarry granite and resin, a material Second Nature Design founder Don Thomas spent two years developing before introducing the line in the Spring of 1999.

This unique material gives the figurines a speckled gray color similar to natural stone as well as amazing durability; Quarry Critters may be displayed indoors or out. Also like stone, Quarry Critters are smooth and cool to the touch yet are surprisingly lightweight.
